Howard Nussdorf began his real estate career in 1981 working for a Century 21 office. In less than two years, after winning awards as Top Listing Associate and becoming a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club, Howard opened Dyker Real Estate and hasn't looked back. Over the years and through many changes, Dyker Real Estate has grown and prospered.

In 1986, Howard embarked on a career in teaching, training and recruiting techniques in real estate throughout New York City.
