The Richmond County Real Estate Institute's Florida Broker's Pre-Licensing Course has reached a major milestone!
Howard Nussdorf, Broker/Owner of Dyker Real Estate, President of V & H Consulting and an instructor at the Richmond County Real Estate Institute (RCREI), became the first graduate of RCREI's Florida Broker Lizense Qualifying Course to pass the Florida State test and receive his brokers license. RCREI began running the course in 2005 and has run two 72 hour programs that allows New York State licensees to qualify for the Florida License and complete all requirements in New York State.
Mr. Nussdorf expressed his appreciation for the institute and the course's instructor, Sam Irlander, in particular. "Mr. Irlander is an excellent instructor," Howard said, "and made this

difficult course very interesting and enjoyable. I was able to learn exactly what I needed to pass the exam." An Instructor with RCREI for the past five years, Mr. Nussdorf, recently passed the Florida State Broker's Test and said "It may be the most difficult test I have ever taken, but the course got me well prepared."
Another student, realtor John Torchio of Century 21 Calabrese, thoroughly enjoyed the course. In a letter to Debbie Lerner, Director of RCREI, he wrote, "If anyone would have said to me that I could take a Florida Broker's Course within six days and expect to pass it, I would have told them they were crazy! It was an unbelievable course with an unbelievable instructor. Sam Irlander was very knowledgeable about the subject, covered all of the material, made sure we all had a good understanding of it, answered our questions, and still had us laughing at his jokes!" |
